If you have recently been diagnosed with chrons disease , you are probably pretty scared and confused at this point. Chances are that you have never heard of the illness, before the doctor basically gave you a life sentence. You have probably been put on a medication you know nothing about; to serve a purpose you do not understand. Your symptoms are probably raging, and you are wondering how you are going to live the rest of your life with this mystery disease.
Speaking from personal experience, it is essential to become well-informed about chrons. However, you will find many worst case scenarios online that will make you tremble in fear. You should know that these stories do not have to be you. You need to try and stay positive, follow the doctor’s advice, take your meds, and do what you can to control the symptoms. |

In part one you have learned how important it is to control of the symptoms of chrons , instead of letting the disease control you. If you have not found out already, you know that smoking, alcohol, and stress contribute to increasing the intensity of your symptoms. In part 2, you will learn some more things you can start today, in order to reduce the symptoms of chrons. Hopefully, my personal experiences can save you some misery, and help you learn to live with chrons.
Personally, I usually have to learn things the hard way. After I have suffered the negative effects of an action, then I realize why I was not supposed to do it. However, I really hope you will consider more ways you can start gaining control of the symptoms of chrons. |

You have been diagnosed with this life altering illness that is chronic. You will have to learn to deal with it for the rest of your life. The symptoms can make it hard to work or even function properly. You are always tired; a bathroom has to be close at hand, at all times; you have trouble eating; you have pain and sores that never seem to go away; you always seem to be running a fever, and often feel nauseous. Some days you almost feel human. However, there are others days when you might question whether you have the ability to face another day. The symptoms of chrons are the pits, but there are things you can do to start gaining control today.
As a fellow sufferer of chrons, I can actually speak from personal experience. |
